You'll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another one the day your order leaves our bakery. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk mail folder.

DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! We deliver from Friday to Sunday between 7am-9pm (time may vary). The cost is $20 plus tax. To verify what areas we deliver to, please enter your postal code before completing your purchase at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, as well as a correct phone number for contact. Cake Pop Store cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept the delivery.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Because of the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. All orders are final sale. If you have an issue with your order, please call or email us.
DO YOU OFFER PARTY FAVOURS/CORPORATE GIFTING?

FYI our biggest order was 15,000 cake pops, and we delivered!
DO I HAVE TO ORDER IN ADVANCE?
Yes. Ordering in advance ensures that you receive the flavours and delivery date desired. We require at least 48 hours in advance to have enough time to prepare your order and bake them fresh.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We rent our space in a local commercial kitchen in Scarborough. This kitchen has passed all health and safety checklists and has its green pass. We are also certified food handlers and maintain up to date certification with the city of Toronto.
SENDING A GIFT
If you are sending a box to someone as a gift, please let us know in the notes at checkout and we will add ribbon and a card (with your message) to your order. All orders will not show the price.
